About Me
Hello! I’m Matt, and this is my blog. I’m a second-year student at the University of Leeds studying English and Japanese. In July 2009, I spent a lovely month at South Korea’s Chung-Ang University, Seoul, courtesy of the lovely folk at Chung-Ang, at Leeds, and the South Korea Lions Club.
In October, I arrived in Tokyo for a year of study at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (TUFS). I spent two months in Tokyo in 2007 during which I fell in love with the place. And it’s great to be back.
I love writing. I enjoy photography, too. I’m hoping to be a novelist some day soon.
The name Sons of Loki comes from something graffitied on a postbox in Leeds which I would walk past often and wonder – who are the Sons of Loki? I can’t really talk about it, though, secret organisations being what they are…
Hello :) the Sons Of Loki are a ‘mischief’ cult based in Leeds that many of my friends are members of (we’re from Leeds, too..). It’s got members pretty much worldwide now.
